I count myself very lucky because I used to be the Production Director of the company who printed both the books you mention! I recall that Tom was very involved with every minute detail of the production of his book, which is not surprising, after all the work he'd done just to get it to press. Have you seen what this book is now worth? And Last Resort? I'm still in contact with Martin and still help with the production of some of his work (I now own my own print productio company).
